“I took my new puppy and she is very tiny due to her breed. She’s a pomeranian and they let me know very important information I had over looked. And very nice, professional and helpful. My sister will be taking her puppy their as well.”

“I cannot say enough about how great the staff is at Ayers! Dr. Baker is our vet of choice and she is so kind, patient, thorough and wonderful with our two fur babies! She has made an extremely scary time for us so much easier by calling and communicating with us promptly, answers all of our questions and never seems to be in a hurry (even though we know they are always busy). The ladies up front and the vet techs are amazing as well! Thank you ALL for caring for our fur babies the way you do! ❤️❤️❤️”

“During the pandemic shut down, our Great Pyr/Old English Sheepdog was in dire need of grooming. She missed her regularly scheduled spring “shearing” just by a day at the beginning of the stay at home-close down. Her previous groomer (in Ohio) wasn’t scheduling appointments yet once WV started lifting the order. A friend has her dogs groomed at Ayers’ and suggested I try there. They were able to get our mud princess in within a week.
When we picked her up yesterday, she was a vision of beauty and happy as could be to be pretty again after a muddy, heavy coated spring. They were able to leave length on her coat that I was afraid would have to be shaved away due to the lack of her initial spring grooming. I know they worked hard and long to get her cleaned and trimmed but their rate was actually a little less than previous grooming at other locations. She now has a new groomer. Yes, we tipped the groomer well, she totally deserved it!”
