I took my kitten in for his first appointment. The receptionists are friendly and organized. I was really impressed by the professionalism of the vet tech and vet. They explained all the tests, what would be involved and gave a through review of the results. That is all great. However, the thing that most impressed me was how loving and kind they were. They love animals and it shows! I have 100% confidence this team will give my Sydney excellent care. I can recommend them enough.

Dr. Ayers and his staff always go above and beyond for my little guy, Gizmo. I feel comforted at his appts knowing he will be taken care of. They do an exceptional job of explaining what is going on, how to treat him and what any medications or vaccines he may have had is for. They take good care of pet parents too! Dr. Tackett is fantastic! She really took the time and effort to figure out what was going on with my dog. She was genuinely concerned about her and explained everything to me in depth. I ran into her when I was dropping off my dog for boarding and she stopped to ask how she was doing and continued giving me more advice. She was just the best! I always have a great experience with AAH. One time after bringing my dog in for bad GI issues, Dr. Ayers called me after hours the next day to check on her and make sure she was ok. No one else in our area would do that! I can't say enough great things about AAH. From the staff - Alyx is amazing - the technicians, the vets. My husband always asks me why I don't go somewhere closer for our pets, and I tell him if it ain't broke, don't fix it. There's no animal clinic around like Ayers.
